| In Estonia it can be found the islands of the Baltic sea, swamps, lakes, rivers, forests, cliffs and sands. There is 4 national parks and plenty of nature parks which are all free to visit for everybody. Generally very characteristic feature for Estonian landscape is the nests of the storks. Nests are quite big and they are often situated in the top of high pillars and chimneys. Its very easy to notice those! There are many craters in the ground of Estonia. These craters are made by meteorites. Most famous crater is the “Kaali crater“ which is located in Saaremaa. Diversity of the fauna and flora in Estonia is a remarkable. |
